We built Lolerflow because the lifting equipment sector deserved a better tool than spreadsheets and Word templates.
Most inspection companies spend their evenings typing up paper notes into Word templates, formatting certificates, and emailing PDFs to clients. For every hour spent inspecting, another hour is spent on paperwork. That is profitable time leaking away every single day.
Certificates live in shared drives, email inboxes, filing cabinets, and USB sticks. When HSE request records for a specific piece of equipment, finding them can take 30 minutes. When a client asks for a copy of last year's certificate, it turns into a treasure hunt.

Lolerflow is our product for the lifting equipment inspection sector. We started building it after spending time with independent inspection companies and seeing first-hand how much time was being wasted on administrative work that should have been automated years ago. Lolerflow is not a general-purpose inspection tool with LOLER bolted on as an afterthought. We do not support food hygiene audits, fire risk assessments, or workplace safety checklists. We do one thing: LOLER compliance: and we do it properly.

Lolerflow is designed around these specific requirements: not adapted from a US product or translated from EU regulations. Data is stored on UK-based servers. The defect category system follows HSE guidance. The examination intervals match LOLER requirements exactly. We are not trying to be everything to everyone in every country.
