Do I need to book a demo to get started?+
No. You can start a free 30-day trial immediately with no demo, no sales call, and no credit card. The trial gives you full access to every feature. If you would prefer a walkthrough, we are happy to schedule one: but it is entirely optional.
How long does it take to set up Lolerflow?+
Most companies are running their first real inspections within a day. Create your account, add your inspectors, import your asset register (or build it as you inspect), and you are ready. If you have a large existing register, we can help with a bulk import during onboarding.
Can you help migrate data from our existing system?+
Yes. If you have asset data in spreadsheets, another inspection tool, or even paper records, we can help you import it into Lolerflow. The onboarding fee covers this. We handle the formatting and mapping so you do not have to re-enter data manually.
Is there phone support?+
Our primary support channel is email at hello@lolerflow.co.uk. We respond within one working day, often much faster. For onboarding and setup questions, we can arrange a video call. We find that email support actually resolves issues faster because we can share screenshots, links, and step-by-step guides.
What if I have a feature request?+
Send it to hello@lolerflow.co.uk. We read every request. Our development roadmap is directly shaped by what our customers need. If your request aligns with how LOLER inspections work in practice, there is a good chance it will make it into the product.
